Privacy & community

Your email is private and is never shown to other guests. Your phone number stays private unless you choose to share it with authenticated invited guests. You can change this at any time in your profile.

Shared moments

Approved moments may be viewed publicly. Share only photos and videos you have permission to share, and respect anyone who prefers not to appear. You can delete your own moments or report a privacy concern from any post.

Guests can download their own media. Official couple media can be downloaded when the couple enables it. Other guests are not offered a download action for your media, though a browser cannot prevent screenshots or all copying.

The live celebration

The wedding broadcast is available to public viewers and delivered by Cloudflare Stream. The platform does not record or offer replays of the broadcast. Camera interruptions are covered by an intermission screen. Please speak to the organisers if you do not wish to appear on camera.

Private guest stories

Stories are visible only to authenticated invited guests and leave guest view after 24 hours. Story authors can see who viewed them and can delete them. Organisers can review reports and remove stories at any time. Expiry removes a story from guest view; moderation records may be retained privately.

Gifts and communications

Wedding emails may record delivery, opens and link clicks to help the organisers understand whether important information is reaching guests. Email providers may generate some of these events automatically. We do not retain the recipient’s IP address or device details for this tracking. Optional wedding updates include an unsubscribe link. Gift acknowledgements follow the preferences you choose when submitting your gift.

Transfer evidence and donor contact details are visible only to authorised organisers. Anonymous gifts retain contact details privately for matching and acknowledgements. Wedding updates are optional and can be switched off in your profile. Gift acknowledgements relate only to the gift you submit.

A welcoming space

Keep captions free of links. Text, emoji and hashtags are welcome. Do not share private information about another person, harass guests or post unrelated promotions. Organisers may remove or archive content that does not belong in the celebration.
